my stay at chez nous was fantastic! the staff went above and beyond, making me feel at home with their warm smiles and help. loved the breakfast spread, especially the taiwanese and western options!

The warm smiles from the staff were a highlight of my stay. Each morning began with a delightful breakfast spread, featuring both Taiwanese and western favorites. A special touch was the open kitchen, where I savored freshly cooked eggs. The room was well-equipped with high-end amenities, and I particularly enjoyed the city view from my window.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff

was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the spacious room and the relaxing view of Daan Park. However, I found the breakfast options limited, and seating filled up quickly. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

the shower had some issues at first. but the staff responded quickly and kind, addressing it right away! loved the natural light in my room. and they prepared delicious vegan options for breakfast! !

The staff was really welcoming and helpful.

The cleanliness was severely lacking. there were stains on the walls and mold in the bathroom. Additionally, I found the soundproofing to be atrocious.

The location near Da An was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. I appreciated the breakfast offerings, especially the well-prepared scallion pancakes and dumplings. However, some amenities could use an update as a few appliances felt dated, and I found the breakfast seating limited during peak hours. The soundproofing in the room could be improved as well, as noise from the hallway was occasionally disruptive.

I loved my stay at chez nous this valentine's day! Having previously visited taipei, this hotel exceeded my expectations with its clean, spacious rooms and amazing views. The dining options were delicious and varied

no microwave in the room.

Family with children loved it!

We felt so lucky at this place! The staff was extraordinary, always treating us with kindness. They even greeted us with warm smiles before we stepped out, it felt like family. The breakfast was good, especially the scallion pancake, that's something I didn't forget! One time, I stupidly forgot my charger, and a staff member chased after me to deliver it. Who does that? It was great.
